Flores Rosa Gardens is an affordable housing community offering 30 new apartment units in the heart of Tamuning, Guam.
The community includes 22 two-bedroom apartments and 8 one-bedroom apartments. Located near Route 1, Flores Rosa Gardens provides convenient access to shopping, dining, parks, and recreation within a walkable, supportive neighborhood.
This neighborhood is located near world-class shopping and dining at Guam Premiere Outlets and Village of Donki.
All units at Flores Rosa Gardens are rent-restricted for residents whose income does not exceed 60% of Guam Area Median Income (as shown above) by household size. Please determine your household size to identify the applicable income limits above. The total annual income must be at or below the specified limits.
